Heather Clarke - Director

Heather Clarke is the Founder and Director of Bright Stars Childcare LLC.  She has a Bachelors Degree in Child Psychology and a Masters Degree in Accounting.  She is also a New York State Licensed Childcare Professional and has been awarded the Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential from the Council for Professional Recognition.  Mrs. Clarke has been in the childcare industry for over 16 years.  She has raised three children of her own and brings her vast experience, knowledge and love of working with children of various ages to Bright Stars Childcare LLC.
